Shop Policies

We handcraft each product with care in our shop outside of Dade City, Florida.  Orders will be processed in 1-3 days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions, please reach out to us so we may accommodate.

Delivery can take between 3-8 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or issue exchanges unless the product is deemed defective upon arrival.  If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours.

To return a defective product for refund or exchange, please send us an email to KnottyTraditions@gmail.com with your name and a description of the defect or damage. We ask that you provide photos and/or a description of the defects in question in order for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Knotty Traditions is not liable for damage incurred during shipping and delivery, but we may be able to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.

Wood Product Disclaimer

The characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product may vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product photography due to the inherent characteristics of the material. Wood is a natural material. There will be variation, including knots, texture and grain variations. We can not control or guarantee the exact look of any board or product. In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color or appearance of finishes of any product. All of our products are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any another.

Local Pickup
